Partner terms

Who we are

The LivePublicator partner program is run by Buzz Dealer (Cyprus) Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE440718, with its office at Agias Filaxeos 122A, Limassol 3087, Cyprus. "We" means Buzz Dealer (Cyprus) Ltd. "You" means the partner: the person or business whose application we approve.

What you earn

• 10% of what each company you send us pays, for 12 months from that company's first paid order.
• It counts everything they buy: releases, reach add-ons, release packs and newsroom plans.
• The order with the company's $9 first release earns nothing. That price barely covers our cost.
• We count what the company actually paid, after any discount.

Which companies count

• Your partner link saves a cookie in the visitor's browser for 30 days.
• A company counts for you if it comes to us for the first time (for example, runs its first free AI check) from that browser within those 30 days.
• First touch wins: once a company counts for a partner, it stays with that partner, even if someone at the company later clicks another partner's link. If a visitor clicks two partner links before their company first comes to us, the newer link counts.
• A company that used LivePublicator before your link does not count.

Holds, refunds and payouts

• Each commission is held for 30 days, in case the order is refunded.
• If an order is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled. If we already paid it, we may take it off a later payout.
• We pay once a month, by PayPal only, when your ready balance is $50 or more. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

What is not allowed

• Spam: no unwanted emails, messages, comments or posts.
• Brand bidding: do not buy search ads on "LivePublicator" or similar words, and do not use our name in ad text.
• Fake leads: no made-up companies, fake checks, or orders placed just to earn a commission.
• False promises: do not promise that AI assistants will recommend anyone, and do not pretend to be LivePublicator.
• If you break these rules, we can cancel the commissions that came from it and close your partner account.

Ending

You can leave the program any time by writing to us.

We can close your partner account, or end the whole program, at any time. We will tell you by email. Commissions you earned by these rules before then are still paid on the usual terms, unless we closed your account for breaking them.

Changes and law

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email partners about important changes. Being a partner does not make you our employee or agent. Questions: support@livepublicator.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Limassol, Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute.
